In the spirit of honoring the seasons at this bucolic terrace facing Reims' most beautiful park, Chef Christophe Moret's spontaneous cuisine is based on local harvests, with great pieces to share. Are proposed : ceviche, vegetables and other "crudos" for a zest of freshness and while carvings (pork chop, turbot…) are served for conviviality.
