Reception can take care of the postage for your letters or you can also drop off your postage-paid mail there.

The boutique is located in the hotel lobby and offers various items, including the second book by Chef Philippe Mille “The Soul of Champagne”, as well as a selection of champagnes, glasses and decorative objects.

Need a transfer upon arrival at the airport, train station or to discover the vineyard? We are at your disposal to organize the provision of your driver.

We can also organize the rental of a vehicle or the reservation of a taxi for you.

Uber is also available in Reims.

Our valets are at your disposal to drive your vehicle to the nearest service station.

Bikes
On request from Reception and depending on availability, bikes with helmets and anti-theft devices are available to you free of charge. The Management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.

Visit the cellars

Around the Saint-Nicaise hill and the Domaine Les Crayères, you can discover the following Houses within a 5-10 minute walk : Ruinart, Veuve-Clicquot, Taittinger and Pommery. A 10-minute drive away, you can visit other Houses such as : Lanson, Mumm or the Residence of the Counts of Champagne by Taittinger.

Outside of Reims, the vineyard route is worth discovering like Épernay with the Avenue de Champagne where it will be possible to organize visits to Moët et Chandon, De Castellane, Mercier, or to owners in the heart of the vineyard...

We strongly recommend booking in advance for each of these experiences.

Visit the other houses

Depending on your wishes, we can of course contact other champagne houses and do our utmost to arrange a visit and tasting for you. For champagne enthusiasts, we can arrange up to three visits a day, one in the morning and two in the afternoon.
