Bocuse d'Europe and Bocuse de Bronze in 2009, elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France and "Grand Chef Relais et Châteaux" in 2011, Philippe Mille's career path has been upwardly mobile since he obtained his diplomas in cooking and pastry-making.
He has worked in the kitchens of Bordier, Grondart, Anton, Roth, and as Yannick Alléno's right-hand man at Le Scribe and then at Le Meurice. He won his first Michelin star at Domaine Les Crayères in 2011, then a second one in 2012 (which he has kept for the past 10 years).
His menu is inspired by the seasons and the Champagne region, he also operates the brasserie "Le Jardin".
