Before the Printemps des Champagnes, the opportunity every year for all the people working in the champagne industry to meet, Philippe Jamesse, Head Sommelier, and Philippe Mille, Head Chef, invite you to the 3rd edition of the Casse-Croûte des Vignerons.
On Tuesday, 10th of April at 10 am, at the Halles du Boulingrin, all the wine growers and the cellar masters are invited to come and share, with the whole staff of the Domaine Les Crayères, a casse-croûte prepared with local producers and products.

The gastronomic reopening of the Domaine Les Crayères will be covered of rose and black shades. The simply natural conjunction of the best rosé vintages of one of the biggest Houses of Champagne and the mysterious black truffle will become subtle, fleshy, full of taste and pertinent in a unique menu created by Philippe Mille and Philippe Jamesse.

Friday the 20th of October, Domaine Les Crayères organized a new annual meeting: the Champagne Dinner. On this occasion, four of the best sommeliers in the world, Serge Dubs, Philippe Faure-Brac, Andreas Larsson and Olivier Poussier, presented their personal favourite vintages of Champagne, served with a menu based on unique pairings. This menu was created by the two-starred Chef Philippe Mille.
On Wednesday, October 11, the Brasserie Le Jardin turned into a performance hall for dinner. Exclusively for the Domaine Les Crayères, Jean-Pierre Marcellesi gave a concert for the launch of his new album entitled "Una Mani". For this occasion, our Chef Philippe Mille has prepared a tasty menu.
Last October 5th, the Domaine Les Crayères organized a charity evening in order to help the West Indies, seriously damaged by the hurricane Irma. This dinner gave the opportunity to collect sums of money, in particular thanks to sale of rare bottles. The important donations frome Houses of Champagne or from private donors permitted us to collect 62,100 euros.
Last September 23rd and 24th, on the occasion of the Fête de la Gastronomie, the 7th Producers’ market (Marché des Producteurs) took place in the park of the Domaine. 10,000 visitors had the opportunity to meet the best producers of the region, installed in 40 stalls. The young as well as the adults could discover their know-how and the richness of our local country and patrimony.
To celebrate the beginning of Summer, you were more than 3500 people in the park of the Domaine, to take part to the 7th Soirée Blanche, with 4 exceptional concerts and a magnificent rework display. You coud also enjoy the dishes prepared by our Chef Philippe Mille, either in the Brasserie Le Jardin, or in the gastronomic restaurant Le Parc, or on the lawn with the packed meal we sold.
