A treasure of comfort and elegance since 1904, this former residence of the De Polignac family, entirely refurbished by interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, recomposes and modernises the “castle” style at every moment in a refined, delicate and subtle spirit.

The Domaine Les Crayères team is aware of the fragility of our planet and is committed to carrying out a certain number of eco-responsible actions.

Water managementWe installed water-saving equipment, such as dual-flow flushing.

Energy managementThe Domaine is lit entirely by LED bulbs.

Waste management and sortingOur objective is to reduce as much as possible our waste production. We have different types of bins, allowing us to separate different types of waste. We recycle or revalue paper/cardboard, glass, packaging, biowaste, used batteries and oils, etc.

Paper managementWe favor digital subscriptions over paper subscriptions in our hotel. We only print useful documents, double-sided and in black and white. Bins dedicated to paper and cardboard are installed within our House and in particular next to each workstation. Large cardboard packagings are placed in the containers provided for this purpose.

Cleaning products management and room maintenanceWe use biodegradable cleaning products.

Management and choice of food products for our two restaurantsWe work with local producers and we are very attentive to their selection, as well as each of our suppliers, who are carefully questioned about their eco-responsible approaches.

Bed and bath linen managementDuring your stay, you can choose not to change your sheets and towels every day. This helps to protect the environment by making remarkable savings on water and energy.

Charging stationsOur car park is equipped with charging points for electrical vehicles. These charging stations are universal.

Domaine Les Crayères pays particular attention to the issues encountered by people with disabilities and is committed to making your visit as easy as possible:

An elevator serves each floor, our restaurants and lounges are wheelchair accessible (a wheelchair is available at Reception).

In addition, upon a simple request, we equip your room with all the equipment necessary for your comfort: telephone with large buttons, illuminated alarm clock, specific remote control, etc.

For almost 100 years, Gardinier has been the fruit of an entrepreneurial family history, built up and developed over the decades. Today, the group occupies a central position in the art of hospitality. Established in France, England, the United States, Lebanon and Japan, it is run by Thierry, Stéphane and Laurent, the three third-generation brothers.

Gardinier now brings together a collection of four French Houses, including six restaurants, seven wine and caviar distribution boutiques around the world, two e-commerce websites, a hotel and an RV Park.
